She asked me questions about my health and tailored the treatment to cover not just the issue I'd initially reached out about, but the other issues as well. I had the most wonderful pregnancy full body massage and couldn’t recommend it more. Rachael was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The massage was deeply relaxing and helped relieve so much tension. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much more comfortable. It was exactly what I needed. From the moment you walk in, Jo welcomes you and you know you'll be in safe hands. I hadn't understood the healing power of reflexology but its helped me cope with a long term illness, combined with Jo's support. If you haven't tried it, give it a go, you won't regret it.
