I was visiting Singapore and wanted to get a haircut + highlights, Sankakkei is close to Chintown and a very convenient location, most importantly they open early at 8a and had appointments available. Erica was wonderful, super sweet and very professional, gave me solid recommendation for highlight color and was very friendly and easy to work with. I would’ve spend more in the US but gotten half of the service, and I was super happy with my cut and color!!

Definitely my favourite go to hair salon in Singapore! Peaceful, comfortable & relaxing environment. I always & only do my natural rebonding and hair treatment with them. Hairstylist Cherrie did an amazing job cutting my thick hair too. As usual, I dozed off multiple times (because I was so comfortable) but she is patient and gentle in working through my hair without waking me up.

This was my second visit, and I came in for a root touch-up. She had kept a record of the color formula from my previous appointment, so the result blended perfectly and turned out beautifully. I’m very happy with the finish. Her coloring skills are excellent, but what impressed me even more was the hair wash, genuinely one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The service and quality has been top notch and consistent since my first visit in 2020. Livia is attentive and skillful as always. Decided to try a hair cut/color/treatment with tsubasa-San after deliberating for some time. I tend to like Japanese stylists as the cut somehow is better and resultant style easier to maintain. The whole experience was really really good. I felt that tsubasa-san listened to what I wanted before giving his advice. I chopped off my locks to a bob style and the cut is great with minimal maintenance required daily. I really like that my crown which also gets flat very quickly actually has volume after the cut!! 😍 Hair color has also great! Will definitely be back!

This is my third visit and I am so glad to have found Sankakkei for my hair maintenance. Affordable and not overly pricey for modern haircuts, color and treatments. Hair salon’s decor has a quaint and cosy vibe. It is spacious, not overly crowded and I like the soothing music. This is really the place for people who wants to chill in a quiet place while getting their hair done. Most importantly, Tsubasa has good skills and takes his time to analyse the best cut and color. He does not rush. 👍🏻
