My daughter had her ears pierced for her 6th birthday today and the whole experience was fab! She was a little nervous but was made to feel heard, safe and well looked after. Everyone working there was absolutely lovely. The aftercare was explained really well and we’d definitely go back again. Thank you so much, my daughter is super happy with her new sparkly ears! ✨

Sasha was absolutely amazing!!! She is such a lovely person and a great piercer. She made me feel so at ease for my first piercing. I would so recommend her for any piercing, whether its your first or youve had some done before. Also shout out to Morgan who was in the reception for making me feel so chill before my appointment, really helped to calm my nerves. Honestly was such a great experience thank you so much!!

LIFE CHANGING piercing experience. Olive is absolutely incredible - perfect mix of professional (gentle hand with the actual piercing, it went so smoothly) and lovely (lovely does not do justice), listened to and had answers or suggestions for everything, helped try out a variety of pieces (from a cute + high quality selection of jewellery) and settle on the right options for which i’m VERY excited. we did today’s with some future piercings considered, planning out the big picture composition of my ears (all time first for me). overall, floored and awed and five stars is not enough. thank you!

Amazing experience will 1000% be back as soon as I possibly can. Very comfortable, lovely staff all so friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn’t sure on a few things and I asked a few questions which was no issue at all. I went in for 1 definite one and 1 that I wasn’t sure on and left with 3. Came for both a tattoo and piercing on the same day. Shaun as always is an excellent tattoo artist and always receptive to your ideas, highly knowledgable and surprisingly gentle! I trust him entirely. Olive was an absolute gem. Excellent energy and put me entirely at ease for my first piercing experience. Super helpful and again… surprisingly gentle!! Always a joy to visit 😘

Amazing experience. It was my little girls first time having her ears pierced and i paid extra for them to be done at the same time. We had jade and courtney and i can not thank them enough they made the experience so smooth and calm for my little one. She was very nervous at first but the girls were amazing and really helped calm her down.

Meeting Charlie was a pleasure in its self, she is very welcoming and made it clear from the start that if I needed anything changed it would not be a problem, she had already showed this by listening to what I wanted and working her magic and coming up with a design that I loved. The tattoo is beautiful and was pain free. We chatted and laughed throughout which puts you at ease. The studio was spotless and I’m already booked in for my next one.
