Went in with a friend and ended up getting a piercing as well! Morgan was so warm and welcoming and down to earth! Amazing service! First time in the Cardiff Branch! I always recommend Empress to anyone considering getting a piercing!

It was my forst time being pierced at The Beauty House with Charlene and I must say it's not going to be the last. Piercing done professionally with ease and made me feel relaxed. I came without an appointment and still got my ear pierced Swiftly and Safely, I was walked through the process, made to feel safe and comfortable. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, the Lady that pierced my ear was kind, friendly and did an amazing Job. If your looking for a simple piercing you might be lucky like I was and get it done by walking in, I would get an appointment just to be sure especially if you want smth a lil more elaborate.

Amazing! This was my first time at Empress Piercing, to get my coconuts (lol) pierced. Courtney made me feel so relaxed. We had a nice chat all the way through. She was really quick and professional and made it as simple and painless as possible. She also wrote down the info of how to take care of my piercings, which was really helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Came for both a tattoo and piercing on the same day. Shaun as always is an excellent tattoo artist and always receptive to your ideas, highly knowledgable and surprisingly gentle! I trust him entirely. Olive was an absolute gem. Excellent energy and put me entirely at ease for my first piercing experience. Super helpful and again… surprisingly gentle!! Always a joy to visit 😘

I got my vertical labret pierced a month ago and I’m so glad I went through with it! The shop was super clean and the piercer made me feel relaxed and informed throughout the process. The piercing itself was quick—just a sharp pinch and some pressure, then it was over. I would definitely recommend empress and will be going back for more piercings.

Jade gave me a floating navel piercing Monday and the experience was amazing!! She gave me lots of information about aftercare which I haven’t had elsewhere. It was also a super calm environment, even through I was getting pierced <33

Morgan was absolutely fantastic during my third lobe piercings appointment today - she was really clear and reassuring and allowed me to be picky with placement and my choice of jewellery without hassle! The piercing itself was extremely smooth, fast, and almost pain free, with no discomfort at all in the hours after! Best piercing to date and I'll definitely be heading back to Morgan for my next appointment (as soon as I've worked out what to have next!). Thank you so much Morgan for making the whole experience so fab! 🫶🏻

Wonderful place. Very calming & aesthetically pleasing. The staff are a lovely bunch of smashers, friendly, calming, polite & really helpful with assisting where piercings would look good. I had Leah & she was just fab & Morgan was there & she is a reel darling. Had Conch & Flat x 2 & also a replacement for a year old piercing that I had been unable to remove. Would definitely advise those of you looking for piercings wherever on you bod to definitely go to Empress Piercings ❤️

Morgan at Empress Piercing was amazing! Knowledgeable, informative and reassuring. She did an anatomy check to make sure the piercing was right for me and guided me through jewellery options. Her cleanliness was not only what you would expect from a piercer but so much more. I was so impressed with everything during my appointment, and most importantly, the piercing (septum) barely hurt! I recently got my nose pierced and had such a great experience. The process was quick and professional—the piercer explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The actual piercing was just a sharp pinch that lasted a second, and after that it felt more like a dull ache. I definitely recommend empress piercings in Cardiff. I will definitely be coming back for more of my piercings very soon :).

Courtney was amazing...1st ear piercing for my granddaughter, she made her feel relaxed & looking forward to getting her ears pierced 😂 Nothing was too much trouble. I had a tragus & helix piercings, again made to feel at ease...not my 1st piercings, but was regularly checked on to make sure I was ok. The shop is very relaxed, both piercer's were chatting & laughing with my granddaughter, who is a total diva. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back next time I'm in Cardiff xx
