Suzie is professional, friendly and caring. She explained everything really well to me and my daughter before the treatment. My daughter found Suzie friendly and felt at ease. I would highly recommend Suzie for ear piercing and will also be trying out her other treatments. Her treatment room was clean and organised.

Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Suzie pierced my 10 yr old daughter’s ears. She explained everything very clearly on what she was going to do and the aftercare and put my daughter at ease. She also had lots of earrings to choose from. My daughter is super happy with her earrings.

Jo is amazing! So patient, gentle and kind. The ear piercing appointment was brilliant - she took plenty of time to establish exactly where the holes were wanted before going ahead. The earrings look great, and after-care info really helpful. Thank you! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had the best experience getting my two daughters' pierced by Suzie! She was so caring and kind, putting us all at ease. She was great with the girls- talked them through the process and made them feel super comfortable the whole time. She was really precise with the positioning, double checking everything to make sure it was perfect before doing the piercing. She also gave them plenty of time to choose their earrings from a huge selection!! The whole experience was super relaxed, and they both walked away beaming. Highly recommend!
