Suzie is professional, friendly and caring. She explained everything really well to me and my daughter before the treatment. My daughter found Suzie friendly and felt at ease. I would highly recommend Suzie for ear piercing and will also be trying out her other treatments. Her treatment room was clean and organised.

I had two ear piercings done by Kelly, the salon is very clean with a lovely atmosphere. Kelly was very professional and reassuring about the procedure, explaining what to expect. Suzie pierced my 10 yr old daughter’s ears. She explained everything very clearly on what she was going to do and the aftercare and put my daughter at ease. She also had lots of earrings to choose from. My daughter is super happy with her earrings.

I had a lash lift with Emma today. I always thought I didn’t really have any eyelashes- well Emma has worked some kind of magic because now I have lashes!! Took about an hour which flew by as we just chatted away. I was nervous about having my eyes shut and not be able to open them but Emma put me totally at ease and honestly it was just a lovely hour of pampering! I’m 100% booking this treatment again!! Had the best experience getting my two daughters' pierced by Suzie! She was so caring and kind, putting us all at ease. She was great with the girls- talked them through the process and made them feel super comfortable the whole time. She was really precise with the positioning, double checking everything to make sure it was perfect before doing the piercing. She also gave them plenty of time to choose their earrings from a huge selection!! The whole experience was super relaxed, and they both walked away beaming. Highly recommend!

Another amazing experience with Emma. I had my brows microbladed by her 6 weeks ago so came in for a review and then a lash enhancement which has turned out even better than I was hoping. Emma is so talented, her studio is beautiful and spotless- I only said to her today why didn’t I do this sooner!! I highly recommend Emma:)

Excellent from start to finish. Suzie was welcoming and friendly, showed exceptional care and attention. There was a faultless selection of appropriate earrings and Suzie took her time to explain the process and aftercare to my daughter. She wasn’t rushed through it and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, one happy daughter!
