I had my helix piercing done by Vida and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vida was so welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was discussed beforehand. I had a philtrum piercing done by Torreya which is my first piercing in a long time. Everything was explained thoroughly, there was a lovely selection of jewellery available and I was talked through all options and aftercare. The actual piercing was great, Torreya and Gemma were kind, kept me informed on what was happening at each stage & I left with a gorgeous new piercing! Thank you ladies 💖

My ten year old had her first piercing today. She was a bit nervous. But Charlie was absolutely amazing and was very patient. Gemma also helps distracting too. I now have one very happy girl, who didn't know why she was so worried, as it didn't really hurt. Thankyou so much for making her first piercing a positive experience. Loved how clean everything was as well.
