I had my helix piercing done by Vida and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vida was so welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was discussed beforehand. Vida was calm, reassuring, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. The piercing was done quickly and expertly, and I felt completely confident I was in good hands. I had booked my first appointment with Ayesha and she was warm and welcoming when I arrived, I was offered a drink and a chance to get comfortable, Ayesha was doing a bikini wax on me, I was a little nervous but she talked to me through the whole of it to take my mind off it, Ayesha was quick with the wax but I didn’t feel rushed, I was offered a drink before I left and a chance to gather myself, over all I had a lovely experience and will definitely be going back! :)
