I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

Jo is one of the loveliest and caring people you will meet. She truly cares about her clients. She makes you feel relaxed and pampered. I always look forward to going to have my brows sorted out by Jo, and she always works her magic on them. I always come away feeling amazing after seeing her. I had a fantastic eyebrow tint & shape with Carrie. My eyebrows look the best they have ever looked, perfect colour and shape, that lasts. The salon is spotless and very relaxing and Carrie’s is friendly and warm. Highly recommend!

Lisa is amazing and talented and so friendly! The time flew by chatting easily and she didn’t shy away form my idea of beetlejuice themed nails - no pun intended but she nailed it 😅 I already can’t wait to go back xx

Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Casey is amazing, my daughter and I regularly visit Casey for our nails and eyebrows. Casey is so professional, our nails have never looked so good because of Casey's advice, care and expertise. We love Casey so much that when she recently moved further away we didn't hesitate in following her, even if it isn't local. We wouldn't trust anyone else. If you are looking for a new professional nail and eyebrow Queen (Casey offers more than this but these are the treatments we have), Casey is your woman. Love the new location which is a bonus.
