The care and attention to detail to each and every one of her clients is unmatched, she takes so much pride in her profession and it shows in her results. I am very specific in how I want my brows…. And she never misses a beat. If you are unsure as to what you want, then she will advise, talk you through the process and map your shape that is perfect for your face. What a lovely morning. Fantastic make up for all our wedding party by Charl, we all loved it. Our bride and flower girls hair was amazing. We would definitely go back if we were in and around Redditch again. Our whole appointment was arranged remotely and was just perfect. Thank you so much

Jo is one of the loveliest and caring people you will meet. She truly cares about her clients. She makes you feel relaxed and pampered. I’ve been going to Elle for over a year now and I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else! I was always interested in getting a brow lami but didn’t think it was possible with my brows, until I met Elle. She takes so much care and precision in what she does which shows in her work - she truly is the best in the game! The studio is gorgeous and her energy makes every appointment fun. I had a hydrofacial with Olivia and she was brilliant. She was so gentle and left my skin feeling so nice and glowing. She made me feel comfortable and was so lovely and friendly. I will definitely be going back again!
