I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

To all the brow girls out there….. honestly no need to look any further than the one and only, Elle. The care and attention to detail to each and every one of her clients is unmatched, she takes so much pride in her profession and it shows in her results. I am very specific in how I want my brows…. And she never misses a beat. If you are unsure as to what you want, then she will advise, talk you through the process and map your shape that is perfect for your face. Just look at her page, the pictures don’t lie. I won’t allow anyone else to go near my brows. ….. so what are you waiting for 🫶🏽

What a lovely morning. Fantastic make up for all our wedding party by Charl, we all loved it. Our bride and flower girls hair was amazing. We would definitely go back if we were in and around Redditch again. Our whole appointment was arranged remotely and was just perfect. Thank you so much

Fantastic facial today. It was incredible one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Jojo was so welcoming and went through the whole process. The products smelt amazing and I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Elle for over a year now and I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else! I was always interested in getting a brow lami but didn’t think it was possible with my brows, until I met Elle. She takes so much care and precision in what she does which shows in her work - she truly is the best in the game! The studio is gorgeous and her energy makes every appointment fun. I have had several treatments from Jojo May. Jo is very professional and goes above and beyond to make your ‘me time’ relaxing. The full body massage is a lovely experience and I always come away feeling refreshed.

All I can say is that she is amazing, done my daughter’s hair and makeup for prom. Not only did she look stunning. Her hair and make-up lasted the entire night, (bearing in mind it was the hottest night of the year). She is absolutely amazing.
