Came back for my brows and lashes, she really took her time with working out what I wanted with my brows - colour, shape, length etc as my anxiety must have shown but they are absolutely perfect, so natural looking but still bold enough to give me back eyebrows that I've not had in years! Thank so much, I'll be back :)

Absolutely unbelievable I can not thank Pearl enough, what gorgeous lady she is, she goes above and beyond to help and look after you, got heart of gold. I had IV hydration vitamin drip I could feel it working half way through I was that exhausted before I went in came out feeling amazing. I highly recommend outstanding service. I had an appointment today for my nails, lashes, and brows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everything was done perfectly with so much care and attention to detail. Adriana is incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. It was my first time going to Shim for a hollywood wax and she was so friendly and professional. Shim made me feel comfortable from the moment i walked in and the treatment was so quick too. Will definitely be back!!

Clean space, fabulous work and a lovely experience altogether. We took time to decide on the shape that was right for me, and I couldn't be happier with the way they came out! I have been thinking about getring my brows tattooed for ages, but I am so happy with the absolute artist I ended up chosing! ☺️☺️

I found PRL Cosmetics brilliant. Pearl was amazing and very knowledgeable and professional aswell as being a truly lovely person. I was so surprised at just how quick she managed to do the procedure (lip filler) and how painless it was. It was over in minutes. I was super impressed with the result and will 1000 percent be back. I love going to elaine she does. A perfect job every time I go there. I have tried a few other places by where I live but they never get it quiet right to what I want but elaine always gets it right so I travel 30 to 40 mins to the wirral to get my eyebrows and lashes done

I had a great experience with Adriana. She is very professional, extremely detailed, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She took her time to design my eyebrows perfectly, and the result was exactly what I wanted. I also really appreciated how helpful she was — she messaged me to let me know the schedule was running late so I could arrive a bit later and avoid waiting. That level of care made the whole experience even better. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.
