Came back for my brows and lashes, she really took her time with working out what I wanted with my brows - colour, shape, length etc as my anxiety must have shown but they are absolutely perfect, so natural looking but still bold enough to give me back eyebrows that I've not had in years! It was my first time going to Shim for a hollywood wax and she was so friendly and professional. Shim made me feel comfortable from the moment i walked in and the treatment was so quick too. Will definitely be back!!

Clean space, fabulous work and a lovely experience altogether. We took time to decide on the shape that was right for me, and I couldn't be happier with the way they came out! I have been thinking about getring my brows tattooed for ages, but I am so happy with the absolute artist I ended up chosing! ☺️☺️

I had a great experience with Adriana. She is very professional, extremely detailed, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She took her time to design my eyebrows perfectly, and the result was exactly what I wanted. I also really appreciated how helpful she was — she messaged me to let me know the schedule was running late so I could arrive a bit later and avoid waiting. That level of care made the whole experience even better. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.

I always come here for nails, brows and laser. Good prices for quality treatments! My facial hair was pretty bad, but now the 5 o'clock shadow that I once had is gone. My eyebrows always look on point after getting them done, and my eyebrows are not easy to tame! Nails always look gorgeous and I get so many comments from others on how good they look. Am a loyal customer for life!
