The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’d been thinking about having my eyebrows microbladed for a long time because I was so fed up with pencilling them in every day. I finally decided to take the plunge, and I’m so glad I did! Suzie created the perfect shape for my brows, I hardly had to explain what I wanted, she just knew what would suit me. The whole process was quick and professional. I was absolutely thrilled with the results. As expected, they faded a little and developed a few patchy areas during the healing process, but after my top-up, they look fantastic. Thank-you so much, I love them 😍

I'm a regular client at this salon...have been coming for years. I always see Suzie for eyebrows & nails....I feel valued as a client & feel genuinely welcomed. Sam makes a fabulous cup of tea. The salon is clean & gorgeous. All the staff are friendly & helpful with bookings/ choosing nail colours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.

Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.
