An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Megan is lovely and very welcoming, I am so pleased with the results of my lash lift and brow tint and wax, I've also had many compliments.

I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Anca took the time to explain everything to me and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The salon itself is incredibly fancy and modern truly on another level, you don’t see this type of salon very often in Ipswich. Another fantastic visit to Emma for cutting, colouring and styling. Emma is by far THE BEST hairdresser around for cutting curly hair and I’ve tried quite a few salons in Ipswich but no one measures up to Emma. Thank you so much Emma and I’m so pleased to have booked my next visit.

Had a pedicure for the first time and considering I don’t like feet- it was a lovely experience. Great selection of colours for nails too- I went for a sparkly turquoise😍 I also get my eyebrows done here and it always makes me feel much better about them after😁 Hannah is kind and gentle which makes all the difference too!

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

First appointment today, Samantha is very friendly and welcoming, I was instantly at ease I had my feet and eyebrows done and was very happy with the results and services Already recommended as really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Samantha was Thank you!

Haven't had a pedicure for a while for health reasons. Booked last minute and Emily did a lovely job and being my feet back into shape. Booked again and told my daughters to give the salon a try.

I visited for the second time today to get my eyebrows tinted by samatha. She’s so lovely and makes my eyebrows look so good each time! So natural even though my eyebrows are naturally extremely blonde! Thank you so much, I’ll be back again very soon x

Brilliant massage and service at Purity, as always. Michelle was wonderful. You seriously can't get a better massage anywhere else in or around Ipswich.

Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.

Suzie is brilliant, professional and doesn’t make the experience of getting waxed awkward at all. I have had many therapists wax me but Suzie is meticulously, passionate about making sure all the hair are GONE. She is confident in what she is doing and because of that the results are amazing. I highly recommend Suzie. I look forward to my wax sessions each time.

Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.

Apprehensive about my wax today but needn't have been as Emily was very quick and reassuring. I won't put it off next time! A wonderfully relaxing pedicure followed and I left feeling like I'd been treated to some very precious 'me time' thanks Emily and to Danielle for the lovely cuppa of tea. X
