Ive been with Laura for a few years, and love my visists, not only has she given me fabulous nails, and eyebrows over the years we always enjoy a good chin wag! Its great that she has taken a bold step to run her own fabulous sanctuary, today was a lovely visist, and will be easier when I move to see her in her home. I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Susan was so lovely and made me feel less nervous , not only that but she took less than 10 mins to do a full wax which is incredible 100% reccomend going here 🥺🥺

Amazing young woman who is very confident in her work and her care. I am a verynocd and fidgety person as have special issues which she dealt with in a very professional manner. 100% recommend to anybody thinking about getting brow lamination and hybrid tint. A**

Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing! This is my second time having my gel nails done with Victoria and again she understands exactly what I am looking for and has great suggestions even down to the shape of my nails to best display the nail art design. I also had a full leg wax. Victoria is so efficient in this respect too. So pleased with my visit. Will be returning soon.

Another perfect visit to Billie. Left me with such a cute summery manicure and the exact right shape and tint of eyebrows. Had a cuppa waiting for me when I arrived. Loved every second, will be back soon!!!
