I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Wow what an incredible experience! I absolutely love Michaela and her sugaring, what she does is a talent and so amazing at her job.. I’ve never felt better.. eyebrows, full leg and a Hollywood wax.. I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. The same goes about waxing I’ve always felt comfortable. Im very pleased with her work I would definitely recommend 100%

Michaela was absolutely amazing, my first time with any sort of hair removal, except a bit of clipping. I was immediately put at ease, and the whole process was great. There was, as expected, the pain associated with the sugaring, but the end result was awesome. I had booked in for 4 treatments, Back, Chest, Shoulders and Neck line. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of having hair removal to book in with Michaela as soon as they can.

I have psoriasis and have been waxing for years but I wanted a more sensitive option for my skin. Sugaring hurt less than waxing for me, and it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all! My legs are silky smooth - highly recommend

Excellent! Eyebrows waxed and tinted and am very happy with them. An amazing Indian head massage although it did make me doze off for an hour when I got home...

It’s a professional service in a lovely salon. The waxing was fairly quick, we had a good chat in the meantime that didn’t effect the duration of the treatment. Clean, tidy environment with well equipped facilities. I’m very happy and will be back. Definitely recommend 👍

Wow! What an amazing experience I've had. I was a bit skeptical and worried about my treatment today because I'm pregnant. Raquel greeted me with a warm smile on her face. She's such a lovely lady and very meticulous with her work. I have been to a few places before to have a Hollywood wax done, and I must admit that my experience here is on another level. It was painless, and Raquel made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. I will definitely comeback here again! Thank you Raquel 😍
