I had an amazing experience at Maple Head Spa from start to finish. Madi was incredibly professional and took me through a detailed scalp analysis, explaining everything clearly about the health of my scalp. The treatment rooms are absolutely beautiful, with a luxurious spa-like atmosphere that I loved. It was so relaxing that I genuinely didn’t want to leave! My hair has been very dry with brittle ends, and I’ve tried so many things over the years to improve it. Madi truly worked her magic — my hair felt healthier, softer, and my brittle ends were noticeably improved after just one visit.

Rob was great, listened to what I wanted with my hair and did a great style & cut. Gave some good advice on products to use going forward. Very relaxing experience now, has its based on a 1 to 1 appointment. Be back for future hair cuts. 👌

I took my kids for their hair cuts. Staff were lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. My son is autistic and had a perm put in, I was more nervous than him but the lady that did the perm was really professional and made him feel very comfortable and relaxed. My daughter had a cut and blow dry with curls put in. She absolutely loved her new look. Thank you for the experience and brilliant service.

Been having my hair styled at cabello for a lot of years and can honestly say the girls are fantastic! Had many many colours and styles done over the years and always 100% fabulous, my daughters love having their hair done here and even travel from Durham because they won't go anywhere else! Love the chats and laughter the girls are so friendly and take care of all their customers always xx

Treatment: Skin tag removal Relaxing clean, calm atmosphere when entering the salon, Kim put me at ease straight away, explained everything and ensured I was ok throughout the treatment. The removal was not painful more of light scratch/irritating tickle. Very happy with my treatment and the aftercare fully explained. I would highly recommend this salon. Thank you

Great, Olivia is so friendly puts you at ease straight away and does an amazing job with my hair, she explains what she's doing and why. I have had bad experiences with my hair at another salon many years ago so don't trust very easily but Olivia has given me that confidence to have my hair cut more regularly and leave feeling happy and confident with my hair. Thank you Olivia your a star.
