One of the best spa experiences I have ever had, the clinic was so beautiful and made me feel as if I was having a treatment in a 5 star hotel. It started with a hair analysis which was so informative and really helped tailor the experience to my own hair texture even down to the products use. Madi was so professional and really taught me about my hair. The experience itself was amazing, it was so peaceful and relaxing I literally fell asleep. It felt so luxurious and calming I didn’t want to leave. After the treatment my hair felt so nourished and revived I’ll definitely be back!

The treatment room was beautiful, with exceptional attention to detail that made the whole experience feel luxurious and calming. Before the treatment, I received a thorough scalp assessment, and everything was explained clearly so I understood exactly what my scalp needed and how the treatment would help. Maddi was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

Went in today for highlights and a cut with Reagan. She was so professional - spoke to me all the way through the processes, asked how light I wanted the colour, suggested colour for the toner, the cut, styling and advised as we went to ensure I was happy with the end result. A lovely experience, Reagan was also really conscientious about the hot weather ☀️and kept checking I had enough to drink. When I asked about hair care after the appointment, Reagan was very knowledgeable and gave some good pointers for me to follow to keep my hair looking its best. Thanx so much Reagan. X
