As usual an all round good experience here. It's easy to get to, friendly staff and good service. I don't live in Birmingham but travel here to get my hair cut whilst having a day out in Brum! Prices are very reasonable too

Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Really great experience with Lydia. Made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She did a beautiful updo for the ball I’m attending tonight. Lovely lady, would thoroughly recommend to all! Thank you Lydia! Xx

The Lodge was nice and toasty inside today, it was 🥶 outside. Great trim and a lovely chat as usual.

The clinic was well-organised, and I really appreciated the care and respect shown by all the staff.

I had a great first visit at One Couture Salon with Nita. I was seen straight away and made to feel very comfortable. Nita was informative and talked me through the whole process, giving clear advice and helpful tips on how to improve the condition of my hair at home. The salon had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

My coat was put in a bag, I was given a proper apron so no water leaked onto my clothes, and I was offered a hot drink and snack. The salon had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
