This was my first time at Lumiere and very happy with my visit today. Natalie was very welcoming and took time to get to know what I liked and disliked about my hair and explore what I was hoping for. Considering I didnt know, Natalie was confident in her suggestions and skills. I am very happy with my cut, my hair feels lighter and healthier, but just in case, I am reassured that Natalie has offered to check-in in a day or two to ensure Im still happy. I will be back, thank you

Molly was so welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. The hair wash was especially lovely- she was so gentle and soothing, never rough, and it felt incredibly relaxing. It was my first time seeing her, but I’ll definitely be coming back and I couldn’t be more happier with the experience! <3

Let me be honest..I'm not a fan of going the hairdressers. I always seem to walk away a little despondent and unheard. I found Natalie, a small independent hairdresser, through Facebook and Solihull word of mouth. I read about her approach to hair health and immediately thought, yes, this is exactly what I need., especially has my hair seems in menopausal/stress crisis. Natalie offerd a truly holistic experience including a lovely exfoliating scalp treatment and I'm so happy with my cut and finish.
