my experience was really good. I was greeted warmly and was offered water or tea. Maddie was really great, listened to what I wanted and did really great suggestions on how to make m hair nice. I really felt good and beautiful after my appointment. I am looking forward to my head spa appointment

My long time hairdresser moved off the island and I needed to find a new stylist. This can be a daunting task. I love Aveda product so I thought I would try EcoChic. I was so glad I did. I see Diane and she is great! She nails the cut everytime! I only colour a couple times a year but when I do, I am always very happy. I highly recommend Diane. She knows her trade well and is super lovely.

It was great. It was my first time there. I was tired of the super short, boring cuts I’ve been getting from various salons in Victoria. (My hair has been cut short for years). I left it to Lisa with my only suggestion to have it cut in layers. She gave me exactly what I wanted!

I've been driving my hairdresser Farrah crazy for months with my indecision about cut and colour. Today I finally took the plunge, and I'm so glad I did. Farrah blended my patchy gray with highlights and lowlights and gave me the cute bob I'd wanted all along. She was patient, offered great advice, and helped me feel confident making the change. Thank you, Farrah, for your expertise and encouragement. I absolutely love my new hair!

Loeticia was amazing and this salon provides the best salon service in Victoria! Timely, efficient, professional courteous (offering lots of tea and checking in) and high quality service for an affordable price. I highly recommend Kazen if you want a salon that will listen to what you want you desire hair cut/color wise and execute it. I’m literally obsessed with my hair!! Honestly if you’re looking for the best hair salon in Victoria BC look no further than ecoChic. I’ve tried so many places downtown but nothing beats the vibe at The Bay Centre. I booked an Aveda Head Spa with Emily because my scalp was feeling so dry and oh my god… she is a miracle worker. It was the most relaxing experience ever. Total game changer. Emily also nailed the color—it’s so rich and glossy now. If you want the best head spa in Victoria or just a really high end cut and color you have to ask for Emily at ecoChic. It’s worth every penny. 10/10

Letitia is jewel of a find for me! A thing I dreaded most about moving to Victoria from a large Metropolitan city. Strangers comment about my haircut and ask who cuts it. For lady in her late 70’s , this is high praise indeed .
