Absolutely great experience all around. From the hair wash/massage (on a scale of 10, I rate it 15!) to Layla's a skill and conversation. (A master in both). My hair has become a little like it's own animal since hormone changes and Layla paid extra attention to those bits! She listens and executes, with precision and style. As a new resident of Cape Town looking for a comprehensive salon, I found exactly what I needed here. The beauty therapist, nail technician, and hairstylist were all attentive and patient. Additionally, all staff members were friendly. Thank you for the excellent service!

This was my second time seeing Layla. She is efficient yet careful and cuts beautifully! She is also cheerful and kind and her assistants are always helpful and friendly. Layla listens to what you want and also gives good advice. I am looking forward to many more cuts with her in the future.

Hi, been my daughters 3rd or 4th visit now. While the result was excellent, as usual. The manner in which the booking was handled was extremely unprofessional & caused much unwelcome stress before an already stressful event. We booked the 23rd for the 31st of January as it was for my Daughters Confirmation/Birthday party which as you can imagine is a special day in deed and Sheek was aware. Except this time in church on the 31st I was told we'll need to reschedule, the reason I felt was irrelevant. Imagine! Luckily after much debate I convinced them to make a plan. All' well, I guess. But Poor
