Really pleased with my balayage that Serena did today from a botched job I'd had somewhere else. Nice salon, relaxed atmosphere and the girls are all really friendly. Can't wait to book back in 🙂

It was my 2nd time at The House of Castellis and it was a lovely experience again. Jodie is an amazing stylist and so lovely and talks you through exactly what she is going to do and puts you at ease straight away❣️Will definitely be booking in for a full balayage in the next few months, lovely 10/10 experience xxxx

After multiple different hairdressers had overbleached my hair or left me with an undesirable result, I FINALLY found Chelsea... she instantly put me at ease, set my expectations from the beginning, spoke in detail about how we can achieve what I want but still keeping my hair health. I absolutely LOVE what Chelsea did and will stick with her now indefinitely 🥰

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls

Kyle is honestly out of this world when it comes to hair! Walked in his salon looking like a crack head (hadn’t brushed my hair haha) and walked out looking like a lady of leisure. Sian is the best wouldn’t go anywhere else! So gentle doing my weave removal (my natural hair has actually grown too since I go to Sian for weave removal) Indian head massage and hot stone massage was out of this world just what I needed! Sian knows exactly what she is doing I had the best massage and left stress free feeling like am walking on clouds ☺️🩷 Thanks Sian xx

Kylie - absolutely worth every penny and every pound she charges. As per usual I left there today with 10/10 hair, exactly how I wanted it and with lots of compliments from friends and family. Shes such a gorgeous person aswell 🥰. I text late at night and said i havent got the 5 hours spare which was booked out for my hair and she absolutely smashed it in a lot less time, never seen hands move so quick 🤣 Shes stuck with me as a client for life the poor girl 🤣xx

As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. Love love my hair every time I walk out the salon.

Leighoni is amazing, I am so glad I have found her. She is super talented and does my hair amazing every time. I am so fussy when it comes down to my hair and I will not be going anywhere else or letting anyone else do my hair now as I am the happiest I have been in a long time with my hair.
