Millie did my Granddaughters hair in an up do for her school prom, she did an amazing style which was modern and appropriate for her age, my granddaughter was extremely happy with it, she had lots of compliments, and it stayed perfect for the evening. Would definitely recommend Millie.

Mille was very pleasant and helpful and we had a good laugh whilst she tried to rescue my very uneven fringe (I had tried to cut it myself -never again!). I was impressed she managed to make my fringe and hair look very presentable and she gave some good advice on dying it.

Sarah is amazing ❤️ Professional, knowledgeable and truly an expert in her field. As an RGN, you feel completely safe in her hands. I really look forward to my appointments. We always end up having a laugh at the most random conversations! If you're sat there debating whether to go and have some treatment, I fully recommend making an appointment ❤️❤️xx

Brilliant, Serena is lovely and very good at her work. Smashed the brief and gave me the hair confidence back. Always loved coming to Housr of Castelliś for my hair as I’m always satisfied. Really happy to have had Serena. Definitely return for freshen up / maintenance

Emma and Leighoni did a perfect job on my head today. I have such a dark root and they got it amazing for my first sitting. I had a full head of highlights and it's the first time I've left a salon feeling beyond happy with my hair. Gorgeous girls to they make you feel so comfortable! Found my forever hair salon now ❤️.

HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

Sarah was INCREDIBLE!! Talked me through everything, showed me everything on the box of filler i had never seen with previous work from other practitioners that messed up my lips, looked at my lips and spoke to me about what she’s going to do regarding my previous work that i hasn't happy with & has completely fixed and transformed my lips! Was so kind and comforting throughout the appointment that i barely even felt the needle i was so relaxed! Will be returning for future work🥰

Unbelievable day, not only did I turn up a month early for my appointment but they still managed to fit me in, outstanding service. I was a zebra of banding with multiple colours from box dyes and 2 years of natural growth, I left a blonde bomb shell, and finally feel myself again! Already can't wait to go back again! Thank you everyone you was truly awesome team to spend my day with.

Amy is fantastic at what she does and is not fazed at all if you change it up and think about something else you would like doing. Amy also helps you to make the decisions that are right for you and your hair.
