Nicole was absolutely wonderful! Went in nervous due to previous hairdressers not having a clue on the style of cut I wanted; Nicole went through it all with me, recommendations, making me aware it needed a lot of styling. She fulfilled the cut absolutely wonderfully and guided me with my hair type/thickness etc how to style and cut it to achieve what I wanted from the reference pictures. I am exceptionally happy with my cut and will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you Nicole!!!

Amazing as always !! Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! Love my new hair 😊

I presented to Carrie-Anne with a Sweeney Todd, F'ed up, butchered hair cut provided by another business. She took the time to listen to me, gave me realistic advice, and reassured me. I left feeling like me again! With every snip I could feel her all was being put in, she wanted me to feel good, not just to quickly get it done. From the moment she opened the door to the time I left, I felt comfortable, there was no forced conversation, no awkward silence, just a natural flow. I'm blown away by her and the cut.
