Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Many thanks to both.

Had an appointment today with Lisa after not having my hair cut for 7 months due to a previous nightmare haircut at a different salon. Lisa was amazing put me at ease straight away as I was very nervous, listened to what I would like to fix my hair, recommended a solution and explained exactly what she was doing every step of the haircut. I’m soo impressed and beyond happy at the outcome of my haircut. A lovely experience.

My 2nd visit and very happy with the service provided. Welcomed by two staff at reception and taken straight to a styling station. Offer a drink. Spoke with Felix before a trainee took me for my hair washed, this was lovely and I felt well pampered. Felix then cut and styled my hair, checking in with me throughout. My hair looks and feels great.

I love how friendly the staff are and also how the hairdressers take time to listen to what you would like and then give really good (but subtle) advice if they feel there's a better option.

Lisa is amazing. I showed up with butchered hair that I had gotten while on holiday. The girls at Sally's recommended the salon to me over to the salon. The salon was quiet, clean, and I no longer look like I had a machete taken to my hair. Lisa is a miracle worker, and I'm very grateful that she took the time to listen and attempt to save my hair.

It was amazing! Alexis knows what she is doing. There were a lot of things that she had pointed out about my hair, which I did not realise. She knew exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place.

Always a pleasant experience. More like a hairdo/ catch up thing as I ‘ve known the team for so long now!! Barbara gave me her usual experienced advice on how much to take off and then did a lovely bouncy blow dry to finish . My style always draws compliments . Thanks Barbara.
