It was our first visit. My mum is a cancer patient and her hair had just grown back weak. Nicola was amazing with my mum, she listened carefully about what was important to my mum in terms of style and gave us some good advice about hair care. Nicola also took extra care during the styling as well as making her feel really at ease since it’s been a long time since her last visit to a hairdressers so she was naturally very nervous. Just want to thank Taylor & Nicola for taking such good care of mum and giving my mum her confidence back. We will certainly be visiting again soon.

Salon was lovely, interior really aesthetic and relaxing. Kelsha was lovely, she took time to sit and listen to what I wanted and recommended things. She took extra time at the end to make sure I liked it and cut extra off for me to make sure I was happy. She showed me ways to style my hair and made me really comfortable. The best salon I've been to in Gateshead/Newcastle and will be coming back.

I’ve had my hair cut and coloured here twice now and it’s been a great service both times! The staff are lovely and chatty and my hair always looks great afterwards (wish I could get a blow dry from them every week!)

My 2nd visit and very happy with the service provided. Welcomed by two staff at reception and taken straight to a styling station. Offer a drink. Spoke with Felix before a trainee took me for my hair washed, this was lovely and I felt well pampered. Felix then cut and styled my hair, checking in with me throughout. My hair looks and feels great.

Incredibly friendly staff and top quality cuts. Robert had real attention to detail when restyling my hair, talking through the process with great consideration. He was very easy to chat to and incredibly helpful with styling tips to get the most out of my new style. Got the best haircut of my life today i’ve gotta say and I will be visiting again.

Housekeeping was alright. Prep prior to trim was great. Haircut was great considering I got a lot of compliments. Would have liked taper on my temple straight rather than diagonal, forgot to mention but my reference photo had my intended hairstyle. Spend time informing me how to style my hair for optimal styling.

The perfect haircut , great styling, there was clear and excellent communication. I highly recommend getting a haircut from Sich Cuts. They are kind, their patience, they listen to what type hairstyle you want and they really understand how to cut and style hair And Ebony, the hairdresser is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend getting a haircut from her.

Best barber around, been going to David for 6+ years now following him from shop to shop he is that good. Had multiple styles of hair over the years and never had a problem styling any of them. Defo recommend.

Amy is amazing in every way - my unruly hair is transformed in each appointment with the best cut, colour, blow dry and shine. Amy’s haircare and product advice is an added bonus as is her super friendly personality and genuine interest in the wellbeing of people. I very much look forward to each appointment - highly recommend!

Lisa is always amazing! I don’t live in Gateshead anymore but I come to see her especially and I won’t let anyone but her cut my hair or my girls’ hair. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had. The salon is such a lovely place to be and all the staff are friendly. It’s always a pleasure to be at Evergreen. Thank you so much for the excellent service !

Shannon is an amazing stylist. I have difficult thick hair, she knows exactly how to cut it to get the best style for me. Ive moved home and tried a salon closer to home however went straight back as no one does my hair as well as Shannon. She is a massive asset to Finecuts and the reason I keep going. Lovely welcome and she listened to my request, offered me a coffee which was very much appreciated on such a miserable wet day! Lovely hair cut and blow dry, also loved the ease of booking online. Great service from.start to finish. I normally dislike coming to the hairdressers, but found the salon had a friendly, relaxed and non judgemental feel to it. Great job, I'm a happy customer 👏

I made a late booking for a wash, blow dry and style. What a friendly place. I also had my fringe trimmed after I'd had a. Between cut snip myself. I'm delighted with the result. I would highly recommend fine cuts. Thank you

The apointment was earlier than expected. The lasses were lovely and down to earthmaking me feel comfortable. Stylist Nicola p talked me through what i wanted to do with my hair. Lovely cut and blow dry. Salon comfortable and clean. Overall a fabulous experience 🙂
