This was my first appointment at this salon. Kylie was friendly and immediately put me at ease. Before and after cutting my hair we discussed next steps and had a full consultation to discuss how best to colour my hair at my next appointment. Princess was so welcoming and knowledgeable—she took great care in handling my hair with gentleness and skill. The deep conditioning treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft, healthy, and hydrated, and the blow dry was smooth, sleek, and full of body without any heat damage. It’s clear they truly understand natural hair. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt pampered from start to finish. I highly recommend!
