I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Sian is the best wouldn’t go anywhere else! So gentle doing my weave removal (my natural hair has actually grown too since I go to Sian for weave removal) Indian head massage and hot stone massage was out of this world just what I needed! Kylie - absolutely worth every penny and every pound she charges. As per usual I left there today with 10/10 hair, exactly how I wanted it and with lots of compliments from friends and family. Shes such a gorgeous person aswell 🥰. I text late at night and said i havent got the 5 hours spare which was booked out for my hair and she absolutely smashed it in a lot less time, never seen hands move so quick 🤣 Shes stuck with me as a client for life the poor girl 🤣xx

I had Helen do the QiQi treatment on my hair on Saturday, as somebody with naturally curly hair this has been a game changer for me, my hair feels so silky and smooth. Usually I spend an hour washing drying and straightening my hair, today I washed and dried my hair within 20 minutes and didn’t even need to use my straighteners! Thank you Helen I would highly recommend this treatment to anybody!
