I’ve been going to Phoebe for years, and every visit is an absolute pleasure. She always takes the time to ask about my girls (she’s done both of their hair for years too), which makes the experience feel so personal and genuine. Her hair advice is second to none—she really knows her stuff and always gives honest, helpful suggestions. I always leave feeling happy and loving my hair. It’s always a wonderful experience with Phoebe, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

My Stylist Robyn was genuinely so lovely. She was very professional and worked very hard to achieve my hair goals after I showed her images from Insta (!) she instantly knew what direction she wanted to go in with it. She was attentive and calm and very assuring. Robyn has more experience than many stylist’s at her age and she really takes pride in her strengths. I love my hair and she did a fantastic job of correcting the absolute mop i had on my head. Thanks

Neesey made me feel at ease and confident about my hair while the medication I currently take does not make it look like the prettiest. I came out The Guild Rooms with a fresh cut and styling and will surely be back again in the future!

Went to have my nails done by della. She did incredible, & Josh was also incredible he was with a client having a conversation with her but included the conversation with me also. Della & Josh were very professional, the little hideaway cleanliness wise was so clean I will 100% be returning for nails & hair

Absolutely amazing as always! Shannon has been my hairdresser for 12 years, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Always fixes my diy fails, and I always come out of the salon feeling like a new person! The best at extensions, even with my difficult thin hair. Highly recommended!

I went to Josh's Hair Hideaway knowing I wanted to change my colour from blonde and go back to my natural colour but was unsure how to achieve it. Josh advised me with different options & explained everything in fine detail making sure I understood how he was going to achieve a different colour/ look. I had my hair done with josh for the first time and he made me feel very welcome and at ease during my appointment, he offered top quality service, the full princess treatment… he even brought my tea on a tray with biscuits. I left the salon feeling the best I’ve ever felt after having my hair done, my hair looks and feels the best it has EVER looked. I would 100% recommend everyone to come to Josh for their hair if you would like to leave feeling like a princess!
