Wow, wow, wow… thank you so much to Fran for the most fabulous hair! You are an absolute superstar. It was my first visit, and I felt at ease straight away—Fran was so friendly and instantly knew exactly what to do with my hair it was done to perfection, and I absolutely love it! Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in, and all the ladies there are amazing. The salon is a real gem and well worth a visit.

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. My expectations are managed considerately & professionally, the advice given is always well reasoned & up to date. I trust everyone in this salon.

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx

Malcolm has cut my hair for some time now. Whilst ive been to other salons, what you get with Malolm is someone who really cuts your hair how it needs to be cut - is realistic about how your hair will suit a particular style but who also pushes me out of my comfort zone. Im a 50+ year old ex-goth/punk who has experienced hairdressers cutting my hair as if im old & past-it - Malcolm is totally different. I also see Jo & Malcolm colouring, styling and curling hair that to me has a more conventional style - but which looks equally beautiful. Ive never witnessed an unhappy client. Top Salon!

Jodie did yet another fantastic job! She did a wash, cut and blow dry for me and not only did the style look amazing, but the colour she had done previously is still soooo beautiful. She really made my hair look dreamy! Highly recommend her!
