I visited Lily’s Salon for the very first time today, and Grace was an amazing hairstylist. She pays great attention to detail, constantly checks in, and makes sure you get exactly what you want. She’s very attentive to your needs, reassuring, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend! Thank you Grace, for my beautiful new haircut and blow-dry. Mum and I both came for appointments together. I was with Alice and Mum was with Ellie. They were accommodating to a request, when booking the appointments, of Mum not being able to walk upstairs so they ensured a space was available downstairs and we sat together. This was Mum's first time at Lily's and she loved the salon experience and the cut/blowdry from Ellie. As always I was happy with my cut and blow-dry from Alice. We walked out feeling fabulous. Thank you.

Just brilliant My hair condition and the style are the best Ive had for years . Cannot fault any aspect of the salon, cleanliness,, friendly bright and very appealing Annabel is just a great hairdresser , all aspects of hair science, how to cut, style, etc,absolutely perfect..She just gets me and how to make me look and feel good . . Happy hair, happy me ! ☺️

Always a lovely experience and no exception this time. In fact I had felt a bit of a change was needed and Alice listened, discussed and advised a path to the style I was after. Delighted with my cut and with tips from Alice Im managing it well myself. Thank you so much Alice, I feel more like ‘me’ with this look.

Always made to feel welcome and offered a drink. The products smell amazing and you can earn a free treatment with their loyalty card too. My hair is looking shiny and healthy after my hair cut. I have fine straight hair and I am always very happy with the result after visiting Lily’s.
