I booked an appointment with the salon co-owner Lesley, for a root touch up, wash, cut and style. Today marked my first visit to Terra Hair Lounge. The salon is bright and welcoming with beautiful greenery throughout. It was a nice touch to be offered a hot tea to enjoy while my hair colour was being processed. Lesley is friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of hair styling and care. She listened attentively to my requests and followed through, taking her time and paying attention to detail. Thank you very much Lesley for the lovely colour and cut. It was really nice to meet you.

Keona is the best!!! I’ve known her since she was a little girl and since moving to Durham we had to find a new stylist. We are so proud of Keona and so happy she can be our family’s hair stylist. She listens to what our girls want for their hair and never pressures them to cut more or do something they’re not comfortable with. Keep up the amazing work!

I just moved to Oshawa ( nearby town to Whitby) and I needed to find a new salon. Was very nervous finding a new stylist. Found this place based on some great reviews not to far from where I live . Melanie cut my hair and did a fantastic colour. The salon is cute and everyone working there are so nice made me feel welcome as if I am regular. Will be coming back soon for root touch up and trims. I am so glad I found this place. Prices are mid to high range however you can tell the quality of products is top notch including the mastery of the stylists ! thank you so much !

Excellent service. Professional hair care knowledge always leaves my hair feeling healthy and strong long after I leave from my appointment. The entire team is friendly. I live 2 1/2 hrs away from the salon but gladly make the trip because I know my hair will look and feel great.
