I had the best experience at Mirror Mirror this weekend. Felt so pampered with a seat in the massage chair and a complimentary hair mask. Ladies had me laughing. My hair gorgeous as usual. Had a colour, treatment and cut and was so happy. Highly recommend this new female locally owned business right in the heart of Oshawa!

I just moved to Oshawa ( nearby town to Whitby) and I needed to find a new salon. Was very nervous finding a new stylist. Found this place based on some great reviews not to far from where I live . Melanie cut my hair and did a fantastic colour. The salon is cute and everyone working there are so nice made me feel welcome as if I am regular. Will be coming back soon for root touch up and trims. I am so glad I found this place. Prices are mid to high range however you can tell the quality of products is top notch including the mastery of the stylists ! thank you so much !

I went for a clean, natural look, and Maggie (the stylist) helped me pull it off. I will be back in this place for my future events! One point of improvement for Art and Technique would be to add a reminder for this service (Hair + Makeup updo) that encourages us, customers, to bring our own makeup if preferred. Also mention that mascara, lip products, and false eyelashes (optional) might not be provided in this service unless we bring our own products. Definitely recommend Art and Technique Oshawa!

got a pixie haircut with Alaina, and it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! She’s super nice, we had a great chat, and she cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. The haircut suits me perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

It was comforting to have Syd listen to what I wanted to do with my hair! I had super long hair and wanted to go short, Syd talked me through different ways to style my new length of hair like how to curl it since it’s new to me. She made me feel so beautiful and confident!!!

G is one of the best barbers that I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him if you are in Oshawa /Whitby and looking for a new barber. He’s there on saturdays.

It’s a nice and intimate salon setting. My hair looks great and my stylist cut and styled my hair the way I like it (leaving it curly. I don’t really care for fancy blow dry). Also recommended good hair products for me to be able to maintain my curls.

Alaina has been my hairstylist for a decade. She has solid skills - helping me achieve my desired style (my request can be tricky!). But she is always humble - she continues working hard to develop new skills, while respecting my personal style and values - never pushing things on me. (I have met many other hairstylists who,want to take control - Alaina never did!). So I comfortably share my hair concerns to her, and she identifies ways to resolve them. Alaina's haircut gives me confidence (I get compliment on my hair EVERY DAY). She is my life changing hairstylist!

Angel did an amazing job on my daughter’s lightweight crochet style! The hair feels so soft and light, which makes it perfect for her age and super comfortable to wear. The install is neat, secure, and not bulky at all. The parts are clean, the braids are flawless, and the curls flow beautifully. Most importantly, my daughter loves it and hasn’t complained once about it feeling heavy. We’ve already received so many compliments! Angel is talented, gentle, and truly pays attention to detail. Very kind stylist that took over when original stylist couldn't make it due to an emergancy. The use of cream / muse during blow dry for a silk press process was not the best idea ( or maybe it was the hair spray she added idk) - my silk press felt dryer than others. Otherwise the stylist did great with the trim & wash !
