I had a wonderful spa treatment at Hoburne in Bashley with my therapist, Ella. She was absolutely brilliant – so skilled, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience really relaxing. The facilities were excellent, clean, and very welcoming. One of the highlights for me was the heated massage bed – such a lovely touch that made the treatment even more comfortable and soothing. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and thoroughly looked after, my skin looks insane from all the Elemis products.I would highly recommend both Ella and the spa to anyone looking for a little indulgence!

The lady that did my pedicure was lovely, she chatted to me without being over friendly and the results were excellent. They also managed to fit me in that afternoon for a facial that I requested after having had excellent service with my feet. Also the prices were very reasonable. If I stay at Bashley again I will definitely go again .

Secret is out!!! Best facial I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back. Sallie was professional from start to finish. Explained everything and made me feel very special. As a mum after some much needed TLC I certainly got that at Hoburne Bashley courtesy of Sallie ❤️

I love my appointments here. Right from the start of a loving greeting to the relaxing while Suzanne does her magic. I leave in my car but it feels more like floating away on a cloud. She's amazing.

All staff give top notch service and this time I was lucky to have Ella Ella is not only efficient at her profession she has that rare quality to be able to connect with clients making them feel special. I had made an error with my booking and forgot to book in eyelash treatment. No problem for Ella, she went the extra mile and swiftly accommodated me for all treatments. Exceptional service from exceptional staff. I really look forward to my next visit!.
