Excellent. The team were extremely accommodating with moving my appointment and discussed what type of treatment may be best suited to me personally. The environment is welcoming, calming, clean, well maintained and everything you hope for from a spa. Abbie was wonderful, providing me with an initial consultation and plan for my treatment. I walked into Nirvana feeling a bit stressed and drained from a busy day. I floated out feeling cared for and pampered. I had the best sleep that night. I added an Indian Head Massage to my treatments as a little self care for myself and it was wonderful, from the calm setting to the dreamy playlist, Suzanne put me at total ease. That was just 15 minutes, but felt so much longer.
