Charlotte is amazing. She salvaged my hair from a nightmare colour a couple of years ago and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I walk out with an understated, yet shiny, vibrant colour and a great cut every time. Does a great cup of tea too.

She took the time to ensure my brows were the perfect shape and colour, enhancing my natural features beautifully. The results are flawless—natural, symmetrical, and exactly what I wanted.
