I had my first experience doing a hydro2 facial at Shapins harrow clinic today. Niloufar Mohandes who did the facial was amazing! Hands were gentle. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and most importantly told me step by step every thing that she is doing as she is doing it, this made me feel at ease and relaxed. The atmosphere was very calming 😌 ! Enjoyed the experience!

Thank you to Kapil, Devi and Florence for exceptional service today for my first time colour and cut service with this salon! From the colour consultation to the hair wash to the cut, I can’t fault any of it. Usually I walk away feeling like I couldn’t feedback what I wasn’t happy with but today, a salon on my doorstep has given me confidence back in local salons with decent prices and exceptional service! I just finished my 5th session with Velen and I am so impressed with the results! I started noticing a huge difference early on, and it just keeps getting better. The service and Velen have been absolutely amazing, professional, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I still have 5 sessions left in my package and I can't wait to see the final results. Went and got the 90 min teeth whitening session and it was amazing!! My teeth went a whole 6 shades lighter in one session and I’m so happy with them! Safaa was nothing but friendly, helpful and kind throughout the whole process and always made sure that I was alright. The entire experience was very comfortable and I felt at ease the whole time. I definitely aim to come back and hopefully aim to get a top up soon or even a lash lift/brow lamination too. Thanks so much to Safaa again and I hope everything continues to go well!!!

I had such an amazing experience, I did my teeth whitening and brow lamination done. She was very sweet and she guided me through every step, I was a bit scared at first but she reassured me that everything will be fine, I’m in love with my new teeth and my browns, will definitely be coming back again.

experience was amazingggg, Safa did everything she could to reassure me about my brow lamination and teeth whitening, she was very friendly and the service was amazing, she constantly asked me about my opinion about what shape of brows i want so they can be perfected. she was also very sweet to give an after care package for my teeth whitening and gave a complimentary iced coffee drink freshly made. i will definitely be booking again, service and product was absolutely amazing, i recommend!
