Absolutely seamless i was running late as i have my right Arm in a sling and navigating Central London on a very busy Saturday was difficult. They went over and beyond to make sure they could still fit me in and make sure i was comfortable - excellent service

Annette is absolutely fantastic! I came in for a colour and cut, and she completely brightened up my hair beautifully — exactly the lift I was hoping for. The colour is gorgeous and so well blended, and the cut finished it off perfectly. She really listens and clearly knows what she's doing. I left feeling so happy with my hair. Jess has been amazing and so patient with my anxieties around treatment. She really listens to what I want and don’t want, and takes her time to ensure we achieve my goals. She is honest and knowledgeable, and empathetic and gentle in her approach. I have honestly never had as consistent of an experience as I do with her! And I am VERY HAPPY with my results!! From the initial consultation right through to the procedure, I was made to feel completely at ease and confident that I was in good hands.
