I had a really good experience in the London clinic last week. I got 0.5ml of lip filler, the clinic was extremely clean. I have very small lips and this was my first time getting filler. I felt like I was listened to & didn’t feel pressured into getting anymore than I wanted. It’s been 10 days since I’ve had the filler and I can’t fault them one bit at all.

I can’t recommend Dini enough! She is incredibly talented, professional and has such a lovely, calming energy. She really takes the time to understand what you want and pays amazing attention to detail. My lashes always look beautiful, full and natural, and I leave feeling so confident. The whole experience is relaxing and she is genuinely passionate about her work. Thank you Dini! ✨

Wonderful. The team is very attentive. Took my jacket once I walked in and offered drinks and a snack for your appointment. Evelina is amazing at what she does. Very fast (1 hr.) and always gives the best women's haircuts in London. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but I was confident in her skills to give me something that I would like and look good in. Many many thanks Evelina and Andrew Jose team! Will definitely be seeing you again.

It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

I had a great experience at The Needle Room. While staying in London I decided to get a couple of piercings and booked in, Inara was so professional and kind during the procedure. I would recommend her to anyone - Great experience, great price and an all round easy and stress free procedure.

My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. Extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much Sarah cannot wait for my next visit.

Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting. I can't wait to see the results!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa.
