Cass worked her magic again, if you’re looking for the perfect hard to achieve blonde, highly recommend Cassandra, I have super thin, fine graying hair and she manages to exceed my expectations every time. Don’t go anywhere else, HER is the best in Kingston and I’ve tried most of them ❤️

She’s honestly the best! Everything I’ve had done I’ve been super happy with and she’s fixed the mistakes of other people and that is real skill it’s one thing to be able to do something from scratch it’s another to have to work on someone else’s mess and make it look great!!
