Lucy explained everything about the treatment beforehand, describing what it would feel like and how my face might appear afterwards. Lucy is so friendly and she helped me feel at ease throughout. Today I had my first microneedling session and it was actually enjoyable, not painful at all. Heidi explained the process and aftercare clearly so I am all prepared and we had a fab chat.
