Steven is the best Sports Therapist I’ve ever been to. His knowledge is second to none and his approach was completely tailored from the word go. Really impressed - I felt a huge improvement after the sports massage and now have no pain in my lower back which is great. Can’t recommend enough!

Eve is an absolute magicians I had a facial that has left my skin beautifully plump and glowing. The deep tissue massage I had left me thoroughly relaxed. Eve is a joy to speak to and clearly listens to and adapts to the needs of her clients. I will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend Steve at SPC Sports Therapy. Towards the end of my cricket season, I was really struggling with stiffness in my back and legs, especially after a tough mid-season period. Leanne and Abi did hair and make up for myself, my mum and my bridesmaids for my wedding and I cant thank them enough! I had the most wonderful experience. The salon itself is such a calm and relaxing space, exactly what you need on the morning of your wedding! Leanne and Abi put me at ease right from the start and were so lovely, calm and friendly. They both did a fantastic job, really took the time to understand what I wanted and I loved both my hair and make up, more than I even imagined I would. Would highly recommend!

Excellent sports massage on my back and neck. Coral is very intuitive about the level of pressure that is most effective and is also very good at suggesting exercises that can be done at home by way of additional self-help. She is very professional and approachable. Thoroughly recommended.
