I've been going to this salon for a few weeks now for their tanning beds but I had my eyebrows done today and they haven't looked this good in years! 10/10 would reccoment and Luke is amazing too!

I always have such an amazing experience here! The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and really relaxing. The facial itself was incredible—my skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterwards. Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to tailor everything to my skin type. I left feeling completely pampered and confident with some great product recommendations (not on commission too!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality facial treatment!

Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.

Hannah has created such a cosy, comfortable and welcoming space, making the whole experience feel relaxing and personal from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional, and she clearly takes real pride in delivering a tailored service for every client. I especially loved how she documents your skin’s progress and follows up with personalised skincare recommendations afterwards — it really shows how much she cares about achieving the best results for you. Emma is the best. I have just had the hydrofacial and my skin looks and feels amazing, I have also had microneedling and the lift and sculpt facial which have all been fantastic. Emma is the most lovely person and I am so grateful to her for making my nearly 50 year old face look it's best. I feel so lucky to have found Emma and someone who is so passionate about skincare and helping others.
