Initial consultation was very informative. Antoaneta is very lovely, polite and positive. I booked next appointment for lips and looking forward to it. The studio for the matter was very clean and tastefully decorated.

She took the time to explain things at every step and ensure I was comfortable and happy during the process, as well as giving detailed after care information.
