This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

Excellent service Excellent hair stylist Wonderful experience I have been here a few times now just for a blow dry and I've never had a better blow dry, the salon is very relaxing, smells beautiful and staff are very professional and take care of you. It's more than just a blow dry they work magic with your hair. West end salon in E18.

I would give more stars if I could. Dumitrita is very efficient, everyone is very welcoming and warm. I am really happy with my keratin treatment. I recommend this salon for anything related to hair.

I had a hair appointment here, and the stylist was fantastic!. I left feeling confident and delighted with my new hairstyle. The ambiance was clean, trendy, and pleasant, and the team was friendly and they made me feel at ease. Overall I had an incredible experience! I am a very happy lady! My experience at flawless aesthetics was exceptional from start to finish. Sonia was recommended by my daughter for lip augmentation so I went for it and I’m so glad I did! A very professional salon and a very talented lady. Zero discomfort, perfect symmetry and no migration. Honestly it’s taken 10 years off me, so natural and I feel uber confident. The salon is stunning, spotless, beautifully decorated and a large comfy sofa in the room to sit on while I waited for my daughter to have her treatments. I really can’t wait to go back and fulfil my beauty goals 🫶🏻
