I love my Nails Provina did an amazing job! However, the reception experience was disappointing. The lady at the front desk wasn’t welcoming no smile and a bit cold. A  booking mistake led to an awkward exchange over the price difference. While I later realized it was my fault, it could have been handled better by the loud cild lady. On a positive note, the other lady with blue highlights was friendly. BOA is great, but consistent customer service would make it even better. I’ll be back!
