Victoria did my hair beautifully as always, and I'm very happy with the result. I just wanted to share some feedback about the atmosphere in the salon. Today I felt a little uncomfortable because another stylist in the speaking in another language for much of the appointment. As a Black woman, having my hair done can leave me feeling quite self-conscious, so I really value an environment where I feel relaxed and included. When conversations are taking place around me in a language I don't understand, especially while people are looking in my direction, it can leave me feeling like an outsider

Had the most wonderful experience with Sara, she knew exactly how to achieve what I wanted and I immediately felt at ease with her. She mixed up the perfect colour for my highlights which showed up fabulously on my natural very black hair. I would book her again and recommend her to others, she knows what she’s doing! Thank you Sara, you’ve done a great job and I’m very pleased.

booked in for a full head of highlights at Mitra Beauty Land and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Dallandyshe did an incredible job my blonde is back, brighter than ever, and I feel amazing. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout the whole appointment. All the staff were lovely, and the care they put into transforming my damaged hair made such a difference. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Chris has been styling my hair (cut, T section highlights and finish) for 15 years and, without exception, he has given me the most amazing hair every time. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus Chris is a great guy - I really look forward to my appointments! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was my first time at the Nail Bar London and I felt so pampered and relaxed, thanks to Alvira! I had a spa pedicure, which was very relaxing and Alvira was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout. 100% recommend :)

I had such a wonderful experience with Sara—she did an absolutely amazing job with my highlights and front fringe! She really took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and I truly appreciated how she kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the style and overall look. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly approach made the whole experience so enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Rita and Iniz, who were both so attentive throughout my visit. I have been with Chris since 2009 and he never fails to give me a fantastic cut and blow dry with natural highlights which makes me feel amazing. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you Chris!
