Seren did a great job giving me a mix of highlights and lowlights, I’ve only had highlights once before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I was really pleased with the result. Been going to Brodans for years, as someone who used to hate going to hair salons (like other people hate the dentist!) I’ve always felt relaxed and welcome here.

Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Amazing experience with Alice today! She fixed a dodgy balayage for me and gave me a lovely cut! Plus her kitties are delightful 🥰🥰

Bismwa was amazing from the start. The consultation and the appointment. She is very knowledgeable on what is recommended for hair and makes you feel relaxed. I really like the finished product. I had an all over colour, full head highlights, Olaplex treatment, wash, cut, blow dry and style

Sian is lush! My hair was looking tired and lacked shine. I opted to have balayage to blend in with my natural colour and the grey coming through. I’m so happy with the finish and I’ve learnt so much about how to look after my hair from Sian. Highly recommend !

Another lovely visit to have a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry. Shaunny did my hair today for the first time and I am really pleased with it. She knew exactly what I wanted and is very friendly welcoming and excellent at what she does. I can’t recommend this salon enough. Thank you Shaunny see you soon xx

First visit to Alice and in LOVE with my new colour! After having a little break from colouring my hair, and some "stripey" balayage in the past, Alice spent time making sure she knew what I was after, advising where needed, and I left super happy with a beautiful, blended foiliage. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back!
