Very professional, as always, but in a comfortable way. Lovely coffee and does exactly what I want each and every time without doing something which wouldnt suit me, work for my hair. Ant is clearly experienced in this field and the salon is lovely, everyone is welcoming and its an easy location to park at considering its central birmingham. I travel from Tamworth and its always such an easy route. I also have very thick hair and normally takes hours to highlight/dry but Ant has been doing this a while which means he has the ability to be swift without cutting corners. Recommend to anyone.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Fabulous, I Love my hair, had a full head of foils. Donna worked on one side and Paige on the other,as my hair so thick. The colours are beautiful, and Donna did a lovely cut and style. Thanks to all the lovely girls for their kindness, made me feel really special.
